Canceled Order

Had a change of heart? Shoot us a quick DM on Instagram (@doddlevee) right away, and we can cancel and refund before it ships. After processing or shipping, it's locked in. Refunds hit your account in 3-10 business days.

Returns & Refunds

No refunds or returns on correctly shipped, undamaged orders. Please review everything carefully at checkout.

However, we make exceptions for:

  • Damaged goods, wrong items, or missing pieces: Email details, photos, and order number fast. Items must come back unused, unworn, tagged, in original packaging, with purchase proof.
  • Sent the wrong thing? We'll rush the corrections + return label for the mix-up.

To begin a return, please email us at contact.doddlevee@gmail.com. If approved, we'll supply a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed packing and shipping instructions. Note that we cannot accept items returned without prior authorization.
